K-POP: Girls’ Generation an Ideal Business Model
The enormously popular K-Pop group Girls’ Generation have been dubbed a “model for Korean business” in a report by the Samsung Economic Research Institute.
They are also credited with starting another Korean Wave in Japan, where they were also featured on the cover of the weekly economic magazine, Nikkei Business. The magazine article reads their success as a national allegory for the recent and continued economic strength of Korean companies that have gone global, much like the Girls’ record sales.
I wonder if any of their lyrics offer advice on saving for retirement?
